"I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . "

"The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable."

"We had a nice two night stay. The property, overlooking the lake, is beautiful. Charming reception area and dining room/ restaurant. The employees were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. Taking away a star because both nights we had someone traipsing up and down all night in the room above ours. The floors are extremely creaky (understandable given the age of the building) so this meant we were disturbed all night. The reception is not manned at night and we didn't want to call the...

"The owner was great. At check in we were told if we had any problems just ring the bell no matter what time and she would assist us. We had a problem with the remote and she brought us a new one. She said if we couldn’t get the tv to work she would move us to another room. We did get it working. Then it was raining one day and she brought me an old towel to dry my puppy off after we would go out. "
