"We had a balcony room on the 6th floor. It was clean, big and beautiful with a comfortable bed. We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was great! We tried all the restaurants at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was fine. We loved the pool and the beachfront! This is not a party place but relaxing and safe. We went on 2 excursions through the hotel- waterfall tour and Manuel Antonio NP. The hotel staff booked our excursions and they were fantastic! We also rode the horses in front of the hotel at the beach. It was also excellent! We had a wonderful time in CR! "

"Our stay was great! Rooms and hotel overall are very clean. The staff is so friendly and always willing to make your stay the best. The food is incredible!!
Important to mention that in the creek between the parking lot and rooms, there lives an 8-10 feet crocodile, the hotel staff stated that it lives there and that they have never had any problems, there is no way it can get to the actual hotel, but it is important to mention so you are not shocked in case you see it."
