Easy to find and a friendly staff. We enjoyed a standard, but nice breakfast selection both mornings in their dinging room. The hotel room was small but clean and equipped with typical amenities. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy although the green cardboard cups for teas drinking had off putting brown stains around the bottom of the inside. We were leaving very early Saturday morning so went to the restaurant for and evening meal on the Friday about 7pm to be told meals were off as there was no chef on a Friday...... it resulted in a 400yds walk to the local KFC. as a substitute.!!

Ok, but not great!

Fine for an over night, was put in the old part of the motel, bed was un-comfortable, shower was not great. But it was a place to sleep and only cost €50.

Wouldn't stay in Caen again.

Being from Canada, we have things that are standard in room. Like AC, and hand towels. This place had ok AC, but obly gave 2 bath towels. I asked the front deck for some and he gave me a look and said they don't normally give those out. But he'd get the cleaning lady to drop some off. Well I didnt ever get them on my 4 day stay. And I wasn't chasing him around for it. 2nd issue....someone tried breaking in through the window at 1:30am on our 1st night. Welcome to France eh.

Overall the accommodation was OK, very minor issues with lack of replacement coffee/tea. Main issue was incorrect billing, with a charge for four sets of breakfasts when only 1 was taken. Error was pointed out and bill amended.

Out of date chalet style room. very cold as door opened straight onto outside. Ok, There's a partition door but cold air comes straight in. I asked for a double and got a twin. If I wanted to sleep in a single bed, I would have asked for one. Luckily I was only staying on my way to the ferry, and for that, it was adequate.

Réflexion sur le ménage.

Comme d' habitude, séjour animalier avec visite de parc et cela se passe merveilleusement bien. Je me pose des questions sur la nouvelle organisation sur le nettoyage des chambres chez Kyriad car nous sommes restés trois nuits et n' avons pas vu de service nettoyage, nous avons même été à l' accueil pour réclamer du papier toilette et des serviettes propres En juin cela m'est déjà arrivé à Kyriad Blois, j'arrive à l' accueil le réceptionniste me donne la carte d' entrée pour la chambre et là surprise les lits ne sont pas faits il y a encore des gobelets et des bouteilles sur la table. Je choisis toujours Kyriad ou Campanile car je trouve ces hôtels super.

La chambre est convenable, propre, la literie ok, le prix correct. Par contre la salle de bains mériterait un coup de remise à niveau car elle fait vieillotte. On attend trop pour l'enregistrement. Le lait chaud délivré par la machine à boissons chaudes est infecte. A part la couleur c'est juste de l'eau chaude...

Accès 24/24h avec boîte à clé codée. Petite difficulté à trouver les chambres parmis les deux bâtiments, avec étages et accès de chaque côté des bâtiments. Mais on a trouvé ! Personnel d'accueil agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Lit très confortable avec oreiller mémoire de forme. Je ne connaissais pas, c'est agréable. Possibilité si l'on veut de l'acheter à l'accueil. Grande zone commercial à proximité

Simple et très bien

Accueil très agréable et sympathique. La chambre simple mais confortable, très bonne literie et pas de bruit. Idéal et à proximité d'un centre commercial et proximité du centre ville de Caen. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel très aimable et aux petits soins. Je recommande pleinement.

Accueil impersonnel. C'est un Campanile en blanc avec une ancienne Kyriad Les chambres sont restées dans le style vintage des anciens Campanile, avec tout le charme et la nostalgie des années 80. Très calme. Le petit déjeuner toujours sur le modèle de Campanile est copieux. Dommage (comme partout) pour les "faux" œufs brouillés qui n'ont aucun goût
