Great experience!

We were very satisfied with the room and breakfast and had a nice stay. And it is especially very nice to have free access to the swimming pool and a parking place.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a good sized room which was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to offer some good recommendations for local dining options. Breakfast had a good selection of food available and it was a bonus to be able to use the pool.

Overall average stay hotel

Hotel is nice with large swimming pool and Gym. Breakfast is below average - not much choice and same menu repeated every day. Rooms don't have fans, no intercom and no coffee facility (in standard room).

Nice town and nice hotel

Free parking outside, free enter to a great training center. So you don’t get shocked, you need to pass this to come to the room😅 If you are really lucky you also have to take some extra elevators to the room. The staff were polite and helped out. The pool is also great for both kids and adults. Many good restaurants just nearby. Herning was all in all a good stay. Would have asked for another room for a next time visit.

Hottest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Staff were nice, breakfast was good, but all other reviews about temperature are correct. The rooms are unbearably hot. It was relatively cool outside when we stayed too, so I can’t imagine on a warm day. The windows don’t open more than a crack and the fan in my room didn’t work. The fan in my colleagues room did, but was loud and unpleasant. This hotel needs to get ventilation/AC! Also 1 ironing board and iron on the whole floor, so hard to get access. You had to receive it from a cupboard and wait for it to be replaced to have access.

Ok hotel but be aware of theft in pool area

The hotel is mix of fitness/gym swimming pools and hotel rooms so to get to go to the rooms you need to venture through fitness area. It’s no big deal but not quite what you expect going to a hotel.. Staff was welcoming and check in went smoothly. Our stay was shortened because we had quite a bad experience when we went to the swimming pool area at the entrance to the changing rooms there you of course need to take off your shoes and there is posters telling you to take off the shoes and that you can put in into a closet with your other belongings.. however it seemed like everybody just let their shoes stand there and so did we.. unfortunately when we got back from the pools my wife’s shoes was stolen.. We went to the receptionist just to her know what was happened and she told us there nothing she could do and that apparently this happens often.. so after this experience the mood was a bit down and we decided to leave the hotel.. we had one more night. I don’t understand they don’t have cc tv before the entrance to changing rooms furthermore at the reception there are these small gates to let people in they have both for hotel guest and the members to gym/pool facilities but the gate was just open and anyone could walk in and out of the gates..

Would not stay again!

You have to go through a gym if your staying in rooms 201 or above and you’ll have to take the elevator up one floor then walk through a gym take the elevator up another floor and then you can make your way onto your hall with rooms! Not a place I’d stay again! Also the receptionist was talking to a girlfriend/friend and I was made to wait and wait to check out until I just said can I pay or should I just leave!!!!

Varmen virkede ikke på værelset og der var mega beskidt. Flyttede man inventaret lå der støv og nullermænd i krogene. Toilettet var ikke rengjort da vi ankom og der lugtede. Det var virkelig en kedelig oplevelse. Vil ikke gæste dette hotel igen.

Das Personal war freundlich. Der Empfang war nett. Wir mussten in drei verschiedenen Fahrstühlen fahren und durch das Fitnessstudio gehen, um zu unserem Zimmer zu gelangen. Im Zimmer war es sehr heiß. Die Heizung ist direkt neben dem Bett und lässt sich nicht regulieren. Die schwarzen Fliesen im Bad waren voller Kalkflecken, sodass es sehr schmutzig aussah. Ein 4-Bett Zimmer ist für 2 Personen einfach ungemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr, sehr weich.

Jeg havde en rigtig god oplevelse hos DGI Huset. Servicen var i top fra start til slut, og personalet var både imødekommende, hjælpsomme og utrolig venlige. Pakningen og faciliteterne var velorganiserede og gjorde hele opholdet ekstra behageligt. Morgenmaden var desuden virkelig lækker, frisk, varieret og perfekt til at starte dagen på. Alt i alt et sted, jeg varmt kan anbefale. Super personale, god service og en oplevelse, der lever op til forventningerne!
