"Overall, our 2 night stay at the Silversmith didn't meet expectations. I wasn't expecting anything fancy as I don't seek out "fancy" when booking a hotel. I just look for clean and comfortable with very good service. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Silversmith. The room furnishings were rather worn, the bed was soft, the pillows were very lumpy and the curtains were not attached properly. "CONS: stayed in room 808. super dark, only had low lighting, which my partner and i suspect was so they could hide the stains of the room. view was of the ugly back side of the building. worst part was the ac/heater. it was cold when we were there in early may and we were told the heater wasn't working for any of the rooms, so we had to double up on blankets. had splitting headache during our first night and asked the front desk if they had tylenol (acetaminophen) which being the most basic of...

"Our room was 1721 we barely slept we complained to the staff no one seemed to care staff was very rude. Rooms were clean tried to complain at check out Sunday front desk was overwhelmed and not helpful either. Will be making formal complain for the price and no rest is unacceptable"
