The most wonderful hotel you will stay at. The attention to detail, views and beautiful interiors made it perfect. Also the best massage!

The grounds are beautiful, and each room is unique and meticulously prepared with heated flooring in the washroom, personalized notes each evening, snacks, drinks and cleaning twice daily. The hotel only accommodates ~20 people which enhances the exclusivity of the experience since it is not open for public consumption. You can’t beat the ocean view - which is not done justice by the photos online. The staff wait for you to go to your meal to turndown your rooms. Menu cards at dinner at personalized with your name. Food is amazing with many different options daily. The service is top tier with the staff genuinely caring about making your stay exceptional. The staff at this hotel exceed any other hotel we’ve stayed at and that’s saying a lot (special thank you to Gift, Simon, Mary, Jordan, Rita, Chris & Beezo). Overall, a 11/10 experience and worth every cent!

Hoteito Perfecto gran lujo con calidez humana

La Birkenhead House que es parte del Grupo Royal Portfolio que tiene 4 de los mejores hoteles del país, la Biekenhead House es un hotel encantador de 12 habitaciones, decoradas cada una de manera diferente con antigüedades y muebles de calidad y sabanas y toallas excepcionales. Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio que además de profesional e impecable es cálido, acogedor y se desviven por el huésped. Son 58 para 12 habitaciones y son fantásticos todos. La cocina es sabrosa, sana y muy cuidada, las vistas espectaculares. La llegada al hotel es un poco sorprendente pues la entrada del hotel es muy poco impresionante y la recepción es de bolsillo aunque muy cuca con una pequeña Boutique con ropa y artesanías de toda Sudáfrica, incluso alguna antigüedad. En resumen un lugar de ensueño para desconectar y recargar pilas.

Hotel impecável

O local é maravilhoso! Super recomendo! A vista é linda e o amanhecer e entardecer tem vistas incríveis. O atendimento no hotel é exclusivo, os funcionários se esmeram em nos atender da melhor forma. Para se ter uma ideia eu tenho alergia a camarão, e os cardápios das refeições já vinham com a opção de substituição para ela. O funcionário Chris deu ótimas recomendações de passeios em vinícolas e vinhos que tomamos durante as refeições. As instalações do quarto foram ótimas bem como roupa de cama e toalhas.

Nice hotel on the beach

Arrived at the Hotel to be told that they did not deal with Expedia or any web site for bookings They honoured my booking as they had some spare rooms but it could have been very nasty
