Particularly, Jess at the front desk who helped me with the check in and getting kitchen and laundry supplies. The rooms have kitchen, so it felt homely and different from any other rooms I stayed. It’s very clean, quiet, and organized perfect for staying for short or long vacation or work."

"Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant "
