"The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10"

"This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity. "The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned."

"When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless."
