"The photos were misleading. The property is falling apart. The metal guard on the stars is rusty and one of the steps had a piece bent up, easily leading to an accident. The sidewalk to the room is full of old gum stuck to the ground and corroded from the drops of the air conditioner, dripping to the bottom floor. The area was not the best. "As soon as you walk into the lobby, you look down on the floor and it looks like nobody has to sweat.Our mopped floor was dirty. Then whenever you walk to your room to get on the elevator you can tell nobody has vacuumed because all the dirt was cluttered along the edge of the wall. Some of the trimming needs to be repainted , are updated. There were several doors that look like a dog has scratched on them.Are the shiny veneer was coming apart. The elevator smelt like very hot over heated, burnt...
