Ich bin begeistert! Sehr saubere/gepflegte Wohnung. Traumhafte Lage, toller Ausblick und super Service. Ich war zum m ersten Mal hier und werde in Zukunft wieder kommen. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die überteuerten Parkmöglichkeiten des Hotels. Ich musste deswegen woanders parken und dadurch einige Zeit für die Laufwege aufbringen. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Zentraler kann man in Ahlbeck in erster Reihe an der Promenade kaum wohnen. Das Appartment ist großzügig geschnitten und besitzt eine kleine Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Es hat uns insgesamt an nichts gefehlt. Der direkte und seitliche Seeblick von den Balkonen und den Zimmern ist traumhaft. Die gastronomischen Einrichtungen des zugehörigen Nachbarhotels sind bequem zu nutzen. Ein Bäcker ist in ca. 100 m erreichbar. Der im Nachbarhotel durch die Tiefgarage erreichbare Innenpool ist nicht allzu groß, aber gut temperiert und es lassen sich durchaus ein paar Runden schwimmen. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber sehr bequem, um mit dem Gepäck die Zimmer mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Vorsaison ist durchaus mit gut zu bezeichnen. Ein Extra-Dankeschön an die stets freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder und können die Residenz nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten das Appartment Nr. 18 in der Residenz gebucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurztrip mit der Familie. Das Appartment müsste aber dringend modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück für 19€/ Person war ausreichend und lecker. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Meerblick war super. Man sollte sich aber bewusst machen, das es abends und Nachts direkt an der Promenade lauter werden kann.

Lage und Blick aufs Meer fantastisch. Coronaschutzregeln werden ernst genommen, gut. Schwimmbadnutzung evtl. zugänglicher machen, ebenso frische Handtücher wären Verbesserungs fähig.

Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. We'll worth the money. Coffee on the balcony as the sun is coming up over the water. Drinks then in the afternoon on the balcony again enjoying the atmosphere. Loved it.

Sehr kompetenter Check in und Check out. Appartement sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider war die Toilette von vorherigen Gästen als Raucherinsel missbraucht worden, was sehr unangenehm war... es stank widerlich... Insgesamt aber dennoch ein sehr angenehmes Hotel in Top Lage. Empfehlenswert
