"The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. This is not hard. Please note there is no lift for luggage and beds were very firm. Overall room was quiet especially considering downtown location. We had a good stay and it is a very good value. "

The mansion is beautiful, our room was amazing with a private balcony and the pool looks over the valley and Heraklion. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. "I really enjoyed my stay here. Pepy (owner) is lovely and very helpful. The accommodation was great, and the private pool and patio was excellent. Having the ability walk out at any time and enjoy the sun without having to think about if you'll get space / how busy it will be etc was fantastic. "The only problem we found was that the lift was located on the first floor. It meant we had to climb thirty steps with heavy luggage. That aside, we were extremely happy with the apartment, the location and the various local amenities. 💕 Would stay here again!"
