"My family and I have been staying at the Breakers Hotel for the past 5 years. We've never had a problem. Until this time. We arrived on time and check in was at 4. But don't have a room available. We waited until around 6pm with our luggage until some called us to tell us our room was ready. Once we got in the room. The toilet didn't flush, the tub was clogged up and dirty and it was pubic hair on the toilet from the person before us. No accommodations for the nastiest of the hotel and the room...

"The hotel itself was clean and bright with nice colors. The staff was present and quickly acted when we asked for towels, and toiletries. I felt that the bathtub could have been cleaned better. The floor still had dust, the hotel phone did not work, which meant going down to lobby for things. 1 of the lamps, had no bulb. The pool was clean, heated, yet the towels for the pool were small, and not cleaned well."
