Staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel work areas are chic for the nomad workers. Perfect location. Room was cute, though small — had to scoot along the wall to get to the other side of the bed, and the window faced a courtyard that, while quiet, occasionally had workers that might catch a glimpse of you. Would suggest asking about privacy if you aren’t staying solo, and having the windows covered in film at ground level! But otherwise would recommend and stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, young hip design, mid point between central station and ferry port by the Old Market Hall so a leisure stroll to major sites. Bright clean room and more amenities than expected for a europe-hotel at this price point, excellent breakfast buffet. Oh and right by, literally right by the tram stop.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Location was very good. Service was welcoming and over all excellent! Breakfast was full and delicious. Hotel was clean, cosy and beds were nice. We Strongly recommend! =)

The nice clean and tidy room has a bathroom with shower, smart TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator. There were also towels and a set of courtesy. Amazing and tasty breakfast with several typical food. Appreciated the kindness of the staff who welcomed us and the attention to the customer needs (i.e. luggage deposit, room upgrade).

Klaus Hotel is undoubtedly among the finest establishments in Europe, boasting exceptional customer service courtesy of its highly attentive and affable team. My accommodations were remarkably spacious and stylishly appointed. The bathroom was immaculate, and the breakfast offerings were truly delectable, catering to a diverse array of palates. I shall certainly return.

Overall a wonderful experience. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Streetcar stop is conveniently at the front of the hotel and Mannerheimintie is right around the corner making the location superb. The only negatives were that the mini refrigerator was not very cold, the room was quite small and we spent a while looking for the power outlet in the bathroom! This was my second visit and I will definitely return!

Very good and confortable hotel.

Very good hotel, good breakfast, kind personel, not expensive for a location in the centre of Helsinki not far-away from the railway-station, but one thing I,d like to say (if I may be honest): I have nothing against Lgbtqia+ people, but find it unfortunate that this thinking is rather emphatically displayed. I understand finding a good way in this is not easy, bur try to come out as neutral as possible in such things.

Ok

The hotel is in the center, so you can easily walk almost everywhere . The single room is small, window facing a wall. The bathroom is small too. Anyway it’s clean and the service is good.

Hotel is located close to the central station and its easy to walk. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was just a bit dissapointing, since the shower had no divider between toilet and shower. No pictures of it are shown on Expedia. Double windows are installed, so that its only possible to open the first window.

Superior room does NOT match the description

The Superior room for two was described as being spacious and comfortable, but it turned out to be a cramped little cupboard with no view, a narrow bed (not even close to a kingsize), a minibar and ONE chair. Yes, one, in a room for two people. And the chair wasn't even an armchair, just a regular chair with no table. In fact, there was no table in the whole room, so absolutely nothing to put your things on! Also, the TV was situated on the side wall, making it impossible to watch it comfortably from the bed. Perhaps they expected us to take turns sitting in the only chair? Not really the 'staycation' we had in mind! I was deeply disappointed, so I returned to the reception and paid extra to be upgraded to a Deluxe room, which turned out to be much nicer. Our original room would have been OK if I had booked a Standard room. However, for a 'Superior' room it was a (bad) joke.
