"The customer service is impeccable Iβm kind of mad at myself for spending more money going to some of the other big brand hotels because this one exceeded them in customer service. The pool is nice and the food was really good and you get free breakfast. The air condition works really well and the front desk is just the sweetest people that go out of their way for you. The girls in the restaurant are so kind and so warm I will definitely come back. I really really enjoyed my stay here."

"Great getaway for a relaxing stay high up in the mountains. Great cottages, well appointed with antiques and all necessary amenities. Amazing views of Kingston and the Blue Mountains. Excellent restaurant and bar. Welcoming and professional staff. It is not a difficult drive, but do not follow Waze - which takes you off the B1 and guides you through a shortcut that is clearly not meant for regular driving and rather dangerous."
