"How stay good we had a room that suited six people and that did not include a spa we were hoping to be able to use one of the outdoor spas as it states that on the site (one of their main selling points) but they told us it was already booked out and we had to book prior but this was not communicated to us so that was a big let down considering we went to that specific motel because we wanted to utilize the spas (traveled from Waikato) but they told us to go across the road and we will get 50%...

"The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again."

The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "Our favourite hotel in Auckland. We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. It’s new, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And a big shopping mall not much further. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc that you can sign into with your own account. "Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"
