"The room was clean, spacious, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. We were able to check in earlier than we thought which was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. Nothing to fault during our stay."

The staff was a pleasure and the room was large and comfortable. Items in the mini bar were complimentary. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service was great."
