"Friendly staff at check-in, great restaurant, clean rooms, beautiful scenery. Be aware there is a geothermal factory very close to the hotel and the pool is not as glamorous and large as it looks. There is nothing in the area but the hotel’s restaurant is very good, makes up for lack of dining options in the area. There is a hiking trail right behind the hotel."

"The room was perfectly spacious and the place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to mall, to downtown, Ikea and Costco. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it comes to your need as a guest. John, Alex, Romana, Aira and the breakfast team made our stay worthwhile by making sure we were comfortable and safe. "Great location, easy to get to, parking never an issue. Grocery store across the street. Beautiful views in our mountain-view unit. Very quiet.
Sparse kitchen supplies. But with the Bonus across the street, not an issue.
Loved sitting on the couch just watching the mountains. Management was responsive when I had a question."

"This site has a keypad entry system which the outside pad is worn. We could not get in, no phone number to call, difficult finding a customer service person with Expedia. Honestly the multiple attempts to get in, numerous phone calls ruined the experience.
Breakfast was supposed to be at our door in the morning, everyone else had theirs, we either had ours stolen or didn’t get them.
If your going to use a self check in, a number should be easily accessible"

"The room was small but clean and just what we needed for our trip.
