"A fantastic property. However, if you are thinking of staying at some elegant Victorian hotel, that is not what you get. You end up in a modern hotel devoid of charm but functional. The canal view isn’t worth it. So save yourself a few bucks. The only reason the hotel gets high marks is the staff. ..."

"Clean hotel in a great location. We were in an area that was away from the business but close to lots of places to eat. So nice that it was right next to a bike rental shop. We were late checking in and were provided a free drink ticket. Check in process was only complaint."

"I did not like the fact that there was no daily cleaning and you had to get supplies for yourself from the communal room. Also, our room was not ready by 3pm and they made is wait for 1 hour. They also charged me 70 Euros for a microwave plate that could easily cost 15 Euros. That is like the cost ..."
