It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "Schönes Hotel in Waldrandlage. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer über 2 Etagen. Leider ist die Treppe relativ eng und steil. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen da es überteuert war. In Heiligenhaus gibt es aber viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen See mit einem sehr guten schönen Café. "
