"Very nice staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was good and there are two good restraints on site which were both good. Clean rooms that were fairly newly decorated. Great location could walk to the ballgame and minutes from riverfront and war memorial and the zoo. I AM PICKY ABOUT HOTELS AND THIS ONE HIT ALL THE MARKS FOR ME."

"Very friendly and competent front desk staff. I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered! My window faced the courtyard, so i had no interstate traffic noise, and no issues with noisy other guests. Mattress was comfortable, plenty of room in the room, too. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower, but oh well. Room initially had a funky smell when I came in, like someone had smoked pot in there recently. "The property itself is always clean and the staff are always welcoming. However, this is my third stay at the hotel and the gym Facility needs some serious updating. Additionally, I was unable to work out in the facility the last two times at the hotel due to how hot it was inside the facility. The area outside the hotel, street leading to the hotel, is covered with trash And debris. This is not very inviting as you drive into the hotel area."

"Breakfast was great. People were very nice. It was disappointing coming back to a room that hadn't been cleaned. My husband had spent one night then gone into the hospital and my daughter stayed with me. Would like for her to have had a "made bed". and clean towel. The bed rails sticking way out were painful to the ankle. :( Not perfect. But would stay again if needed. "
