"Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!"

"The Breakfast was excellent changed the meat and omelet up a little each day. Hot gravy and biscuits with a waffle maker, muffins , oatmeal, juice milk, yogurt .. there was something for everyone …Parking was in a safe secure parking garage right behind the Motel gated and secure … "

"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again. "Everything was great except for the prisoner grade water pressure in the shower. The staff was top notch."

"It is important to know that there is no visible staff at this hotel. There is no check in counter, no one to help you or answer questions. The building is not accessible to anyone who needs help with stairs, carrying suitcases, etc. No one comes in to change linens, make the bed, etc. While it seems to be a historical site, it is not comfortable and lacks services that most travelers are used to."

"Parking easy convient. Not in best area. The owner/manager is absolutely the worst! Mean, rude and sterotyped us bc of color. I would only recommend if absolutely no where else to go"
