Nice hotel, family new. Room was small but comfortable. Had a nice little balcony. Had to do an electronic self checkin when I arrived. The front desk is not 24 hour.

Schönes Hotel, schöne, saubere und zweckmäßige Zimmer. Modernes Bad. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl! Sehr nettes Frühstückspersonal. Genügend Parkplätze, ruhig gelegen. Einziger Minuspunkt: stickiges Zimmer, da man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und die Klimaanlage nicht eingestellt werden konnte. Beim heimkommen um 22 Uhr war kein Mitarbeiter mehr da, den man hätte fragen können.

Das Frühstück war absolut top! Tolle Auswahl und alles frisch zubereitet. Wir wurden leider am Morgen um 6 Uhr aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen, da die Kirchen nebenan unglaublich laut läutete. Aber dafür kann das Hotel leider nichts.

Wie letztes mal auch war das Zimmer hervorragend sauber. Die Klimaanlage war schon an und das Zimmer sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war auch dieses mal sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch wurden leere Buffetteller gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Was ich persönlich nicht ganz so schön finde, aber das weis man schon bei der Buchung, ist, dass keine Ansprechpartner - leider auch nicht per Telefon- vorhanden bzw erreichbar sind. Ab und zu gibt es doch Sachen, die nur persönlich vor Ort zu regeln wären. Z. Bsp. : wie kann ich mein eAuto am Hotel laden - oder- könnte ich ein anderes Zimmer haben, da ich z. Bsp. nicht im EG wohnen möchte und vieles mehr. Das Gesamtfazit ist aber durchaus ein hoch zufriedenes 😃

Neues Top-Hotel. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum sowie Voith und Hartmann. Rund 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Schlossberg. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Frühstück-Büffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Auch bestens geeignet für Fußballfreunde. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
