"Room had no air conditioner once I booked the room they told me they only had one room and it has no air conditioner. They found an another room for me and turns out that one had no air conditioner either; I had to check out in the middle of the night due to how hot it was in the room. I couldn’t even check out properly because there was no one at the desk. Beautiful hotel but experience and as not a good one."

"Filthy upon entry, flies all over, dead bugs or card holder at check in, hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke, room ac fan was not blowing, fridge was leaking… asked for new room- moved to it and it was filthy, legit filthy- ended up leaving the hotel"

"The room was ok, no tissues, no iron, no ice machine, no microwave, not a good tv, hallway rug very dirty, very poor washcloths and towels and a bug in the bathroom. We will not be staying there again!"

"The staff is so rude and they lie about the distance from the airport and when I tried to cancel the booking after only 15 minutes from booking they refused"

"our tv had no cable access, we were told it was out everywhere. when we looked for the free breakfast, they were doing laundry in the empty room. no coffee, no nothing. we were there for 2 days, on the second day our room key didn't work, the desk guy came up with a screwdriver and tried to pry something off. when that didn't work he opened the window which was unlocked and crawled in to open our door. the microwave hadn't been cleaned and was rusty."
