Beautiful place that needs minir renovations

The room was stuffy,luckiky weve brought the air spray, bedding as well we had to rrport it but the next day their friendly cleaning stuff changed the bedding and dprayed the room The place is damp it needs paving as shown on the pictures,the pool to be repainted The Receptionist and Restaurant staff were very friendly,the food was nice

テントに宿泊しましたが、テントの中にライトが欲しかったです。翌朝シャワーに入りましたがお湯が出ませんでした。夕食のコースは非常に美味しかったです。

Make sure that you know which room you have booked

I booked what I thought was a Safari tent room, but in actuality it was a “2 person tent”. My reservation clearly stated “tent but I had just assumed that it was the Safari tent room. Looking 5rough the pictures on the site of the location a “2 person tent” is NOT pictured. I asked for an upgrade and I paid an additional 380 Rand for a room. This mean the cost to me was 890 Rand per night as opposed to 700 Rand had I booked online. There was also an issue with the WiFi at the location. It was spotty at best and only available in the lobby. I was able to get online 1 day but only for about 2 hours. When I checked in the paper with the password info asked that you not stream. No where in their hotels.com location description state this issue. The Staff was very courteous and the breakfast was outstanding. I come to Hazyview yearly but will stay elsewhere next time.

It would be helpful if the Expedia listing explained that a "tent room" is actually a dome tent with 2 mattresses (no electricity). Good thing my wife and I have a sense of humour and it was only one night! Very nice staff and the safari with Michael was excellent and the best price we found.

Expected much more when you look at the photo's

Battling to get hold of the facility telepathically. My Credit card was debited in advance when I chose the option to pay at the facility. The chalet that we booked showed a sitting area but we only have beds, no table or any chairs. We were given a smaller room, double room with a very uncomfortable bunk beds although we booked and paid for a Quadruple room. The photo's are incorrect and outdated. The resturant and reception area looks totally different an the resturant have uncomfortable "camping" / " boma" chairs. The property claims to be wheelchair accessible but the path has small stairs and is very uneven. You cannot pull a suitcase with wheels on the leaves and gravel at the parking area, so definately not a wheelchair. There is also a stair at the reception door that leads to the resturant. Descriptions regarding the property definitely needs updating. Check in time is 14h00 but when we arrived at 16h30, we still had to wait about 30 minutes after check in for the key to be brought to reception. No drinks were offered while you wait or upon arrival. We were not informed about the snackbar or deli and did not see it. You would need to drive to the shopping centre for takeout if you don't want to eat in the resturant. There is free parking but they neglect to say it is not close to your chalet or undercover. The inside of the chalet requires attention. New pillows required, toilet seat didn't fit the toilet.

Relaxed at Kruger adventure lodge

Top location for traveling Kruger park and the Blyde river. We had a great time. The staff was good they did every thing we asked them. Wifi was poor, but the hak we were on holiday. Thank you Kruger adventure lodge, also thanks to Lorraine and Pmumi.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Unsere ersten Nächte in Südafrika – Anfang Oktober 2018. Aufgrund der Auslobung und den Fotos, aber auch um die Nähe zum Kruger Nationalpark und der Panorama Route, hatten wir uns für Kruger Adventure Lodge entschieden. Auf den Fotos sehr ansprechende Räumlichkeiten – Lobby mit Sitzmöglichkeiten; Restaurant mit Terrasse; Bar. Am ersten Tag spät angekommen, haben wir unser Abendessen unter einem Zeltdach bekommen. Zunächst waren wir davon ausgegangen, dass es ein besonderer Abend sein sollte. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir auch dort Frühstücken. Auf Nachfrage ob man auch im Restaurant frühstücken könnte, haben wir erfahren, dass keine andere Möglichkeit vorhanden ist, außer unterm Zeltdach, wo gerade 4 Tische darunter passten und wir uns ziemlich warm anziehen mussten. Es regnete und wir saßen nun zu den Mahlzeiten mit Regenbekleidung unterm Zeltdach. Zum kleinen Büffet mussten wir durch den Matsch laufen. Es gab kein Restaurant, keine Lobby, keine Terrasse am Restaurant, keine Bar. Dieses Gebäude ist im Jahr 2013 – so O-Ton an der Rezeption – abgebrannt. Des Weiteren hatten wir eine Lodge mit einer defekten Klimaanlage, ein Badezimmer mit 100 Mücken und Ameisen, einer Duschtür die man nicht schließen konnte. Und alles sehr unsauber. Auch nach unserer Reklamation wurde keine dieser Mängel abgestellt. Nach mehrmaligen Anfragen bekamen wir dann am zweiten Tag ein W-Lan Passwort. Nie wieder Kruger Adventure Lodge.

This hotel is nothing like the desciption. The reception, kitchen and diningroom burnt down in April. We had to eat outside in a tent. The food was absolutely awful. The position of the hotel is fair but not on a very nice area. The rooms were clean, but very dark and no way could we open the windows. No insect ot monkey proofing. I am so sorry I booked this place. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Be careful when selecting your rooms as we booked a room with twin beds and when we arrived it was a basic 2 man tent with 2 mattresses on the floor. When I queried it they advised that it was expedia that I need to talk to as their description was wrong.

Gute Lage zum Kruger Park

Wir haben 8 Nächte dort verbracht. Es werden Touren in den Kruger Park angeboten zu einem guten Preis. Wer einen Mietwagen hat kann auch gut alleine in den Park aber eine geführte Tour vorher lohnt sich um die Örtlichkeiten kennen zu lernen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Localização boa se estiver de carro!!! Banheiro estava com ralo parcialmente entupido, o que alagava o box e o banheiro. Ar condicionado da tenda nao funcionava. Café da manhã em um ambiente de tendas legal e descontraído porém uma decepção quanto a comida: gelada. Ovos, bacon, sausage tudo muito frio/gelado, total desatenção, suco apenas de caixinha/industrializado, nenhum suco natural.

Schöner 4-Bett Bungalow mit 1 Doppelbett und in einem separaten Raum 1 Stockbett. Alles super sauber! Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Die Speisen waren ausnahmslos lecker und das 3 Gängemenü (Vorspeise+Hauptspeise+Nachspeise) ist zu empfehlen. Wir hatten auch eine Safari im Krüger über das Hotel gebucht. Super Guide mit einem guten Auge für die Tiere. Atemberaubend!

The rooms do not have refrigerators, we had to throw away all the food we carried along as they got spoiled, the management team should implement baths for people like me who are having allergies against showers.The menu does not change and the food offered at the menu are for specific group of people only,it does not cater for everyone as a result we had one meal only at their dinning area.oh only their breakfast buffet does make sense n caters for all.

idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Krüger

Empfehlenswert ist eine der vom Hotel angebotenen Touren in den Krüger Nationalpark. Wir haben eine Tagestour gebucht und dabei die Big 5 gesehen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von 3 Gates zum Krüger (Entfernung bis max. 50km), so dass unterschiedliche individuelle Touren möglich sind
