Spotless room and check in was a breeze. The only problem was I asked for a late check out due to husband having surgery the next day but dnt need to be to hospital til 2 pm they said the latest they could do is 12 pm .

Friendly & helpful Front Desk Assistant, clean room & comfortable beds, delicious breakfast - we loved the hash browns, omelets, orange/guava juice, pancakes (with sugar-free syrup available!), and cinnamon rolls bc these items are not normally served at other hotel’s breakfast buffets! Had a long day of travelling on the road and wanted to get into our room as soon as possible. We tried our keycard several times, and it wasn't working until a half-naked man opened from the inside and told us the room was already taken. We had to go back to the front desk to say someone was in the room that we were just sent to, and sure enough, it was taken. They had to move us over to the room right next to it. It was a very awkward and embarrassing experience. The breakfast in the morning helped make up for it a bit. We thought the breakfast was better than most average hotel breakfasts.
