"The $75 pet fee is excessive in my opinion. A pet deposit that is refunded if no damage or incidents occur would be more fair. I will not be staying here again unless the policy is changed. Otherwise, everything else was quite good."
"The Staff was so professional and friendly. The breakfast was good, and our room was clean. The pictures show a keurig in the room, but there wasn’t one. We will definitely stay there again when we come for baseball tournaments."
"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property was quiet, and parking was convenient. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day."
"This was a business trip. While checking in, I was asked for my credit card. I explained the room was prepaid & why was it needed. Was told incidentals. Nothing else.
Opened my room door & was greeted with mega pot smell, not cigarettes or hotel cleaning. One bedside light did not work, another light did not work m& the phone was completely dead. Went to my meeting, but upon return, the TV showed No Signal. Had to use my personal phone to call front desk. My first call, I could not understand the person answering & they hung up on me. With my second call,I understood the person. She came & the TV had been unplugged to accommodate a game box & not returned to proper working order.
The AC was awesome. The bed had 3 very squishy pillows on a king size bed. The cover had burn marks on it. The bathroom was clean but there was NO BLOW DRYER.
Went into check out, was told my card would be refunded the deposit W H A T ??? I was NEVER told about the charge and did NOT authorize the charge.. The clerk said it was the policy.
I told him was not told and the charge was not authorized. He apologized & said it was policy. It wasn'this fault, he just worked there.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!"
