"We are staying in room 5168, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. When we first arrived in the room, a large area of the carpet next to the AC was completely wet. The couch in the first room was also covered in dust, as were the lamps, and there was a very unpleasant, disgusting smell. We reported the issue and were moved to the room next door.
