"The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also, ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater...

"I got sick from the breakfast"

"The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...

"Best Room super clean good services."

"Great service, everyone were very accommodative and friendly, location is great, 3 mins walk to the souks, ambience and design are very morrocan and gives a local traditional experience."

"Very hospitable property and staff. The property was gorgeous. Be prepared to be offered all kinds of help. It does come with a heftier price. Almost anything you are offered by the Riad manager will cost you two to three times more than if you use Viator or any online booking service for the exact same experience. A few miles drive by them getting you transportation will be 15 euro. Go and get a petit cab it's 4-5 euro. Upon my departure they requested i cancel my 30 euro first class train...

"It’s giving us amazing when we first stayed Morocco Riad. It’s so beautiful and Exquisite. Breakfast is free and rich."
