"The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Rooms comfortable, reasonably sized, clean and higienice. In-Room tea/coffee maker and other amenities. I recommend this hotel."

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. "The room is just right for 2 people, not too spacious but its ok. It has a long desk and a view of the street but sound proof. Comfortable bed and walking distance to tourist spots and dining options. Ibis Vientiane Nam Pho is safe since it is 1 block away from Police station and Presidents Palace. Breakfast is good too, serving hot food. Highly recommended. "

"I stayed at this property for three weeks and I liked it. It’s a good location for what I needed. The breakfast was good and offered fresh noodles daily as well as a complimentary latte, cappuccino, or expresso. They also offer laundry services if needed. It’s easy enough to catch a Tuk Tuk to anywhere you want or you can walk to some local restaurants and coffee shops. They also have a rooftop pool and patio area on the 8th floor.
