The Condado Plaza Hotel
Hotel was tired in need of updating. Many items worn or broken. Staff shortage and some staff not fully trained. Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
The resort was beautiful, safe, and clean. The pool and beach were amazing. Having a restaurant/bar on site meant you didn’t have to leave the resort. Great place to relax for a few days. Would definitely go again.
