"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. "Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure."

"This little cabin was good overall. Clean location, I felt safe. I really wish I looked at site location in comparison to the town of Bryce Canyon. This little town is at the bottom, which means you have to make a 15 minute uphill drive to get to the actual town center. I wish this were advertised. I would have just gotten a hotel in town so I didn’t have to drive so much. But otherwise, the cabin is good.
The fridge quite literally froze all of my food I brought, despite turning the dial down...

It was a terrible location right on a busy hwy and RVs all over totally misrepresented on the web site
The manager said he canceled it on your end and I spoke with you virtual assistant who told me that the charges would be removed
Please expedite this matter
