"The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator. "We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again."
