The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a cabin with its own amenities, but we did scope out the shared kitchen and it was spacious and clean. It is pet friendly, there were other people in campers and RVs who had dogs with them. The owners also had a friendly little fur baby who was one of the highlights of our interactions with them. I recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very patient and accommodating with our changes. Beds were very comfortable after a long day on the road. Showers nice and hot. Xmas decorations were pretty and kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely go back.

Awesome stay had everything my family of 5 needeed. A beautiful deck view, a cosy bathroom/shower, tv for entertainment. Access to the park and pool. Was great that there was a mini dairy at reception, very convenient and handy. Definitely looking forward to comin back loved everything about our stay 😊 Staff were very welcoming. Highly recommend booking with them.

Absolutely loved the place we stayed here 6 nights in January 2025 and we will definitely be back in the near future so good for the kids to my ones spent most there time in the pool or down the creek even kayaking the people and staff were awesome and friendly u always had somthing to do to and they even have a small dairy in the reception that was cheaper then most shops and supermarkets

Our stay here was just what we needed! Perfect option for our little family (Grandma, 3yo, 5yo and Mum). Kids absolutely loved the playground at the foot of our backdoor (2 bdrm flat). Heaps of room to run around or you could just sit by the river and watch the water. The 2 bdrm flats are slightly older so don't go expecting 5 star quality. It was perfect for us with a great location, handy as we were travelling between family around the area. There's a simple shop on hand for necessities. There's also a Dairy 4 minutes away and a Woolworths less than 10. We checked in a bit later than staffed hours but it was super simple to follow their instructions and map to our accommodation. We will definitely be back.

My partner, myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren staued the night in the sunshine house.. We were attending my mums funeral and it was the perfect place to rest, align, relax and prepare emotionally for the funeral held the bext day.. We were opposite the river which was very tranquil and peaceful.. Our accommodation was perfectly clean and we could not fault anything.. We are thinking to return again for a holiday retreat.. Absolutey stunning.. Perfect staff also..

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was great. My unit was a bit dated but everything worked. If you book "Flat 1" be aware there will be people running around upstairs. Didn't bother us much because we had two noisy toddlers anyway but if you want quiet, book a different room. I would definitely rebook at this holiday park in future despite the minor downfalls. The river view is beautiful and Paihia only 5 or 10 min away by car.
