"No elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage upstairs, the male desk clerk didn’t even offer to help carry it. The toilet was under the towel rack so if you stood straight up you would bang your head. The continental breakfast was offered in a hot tiny room where you had to take your plate outside to eat on the veranda."

" Property is in a dilapidated condition. They nickle and dime you for everything from holding your luggage to shuttle services. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the snacks in the cafe are expensive "

"Nicely decorated property with a modern vibe. The suite was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. Ate dinner at the bar and Yuri the Bartender took awesome care of us. We told him he should train the front desk on customer service since we did not receive a warm welcome. Front Desk acted like they couldn’t be bothered answering our questions and told me to Google it!"

"The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some questionable characters parked in the hotel lot. A scary looking man and woman apparently living out of their pot smelling car right in the parking lot. They were there the whole time we stayed. "
