Die Zimmer sind doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht waren, mussten wir mit den Badeschuhen und Hausmäntel im Regen zum Spa Bereich laufen... oder morgens zum Frühstück.

Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Trevligt hotell med nära läge till Flensburg och gränshandel. Trevligt med pool och spa som ingår. Bra parkeringar med tillgång till elbilsladdning. God mat i baren till ok priser. Hotellet är ganska gammalt och slitet men ändå rent och fräscht. Vi bodde i en poolsvit badrummet och duschen var mycket bra. Det var ganska varmt så någon form av fläkt eller ac hade varit fint.

Ganske ok hotel men mangler klart Aircondition- ulideligt varmt at sove her om sommeren hvor det er 28-30 grader udenfor. Ellers fin beliggenhed hvis man ønsker fred og ro.

Manglende disciplin

Rengøring var fint. Sengekomfort! Fin Internet: lidt langsom Maden( wienerschnitzel) levede ikke op til sit navn. Vi savnede de brasede kartofler, peberrod og kabers. Brusekabine i stedet for liggebadekar kunne være ønskeligt. Vi er ikke så mobile mere.

Opholdet var rigtigt fin. Værelset var stor nok til 2 personer. Spa afdelingen med de mange sauna, samt uden dørs bad med yderligere en sauna var dejligt. Virkeligt godt!

Fantastisk afslutning på kør-selv-ferien

Vi oplevede kun venlige og hjælpsomme personaler. Man kan sagtens se at hotellet har haft sin storhedstid for år tilbage, men det var charmerende og der var ikke en finger at sætte på hverken rengøring, service, mad eller wellnessområde. Vi tager gerne afsted igen hele familien. Gode saunagus, dejligt poolområde, god morgenmadsbuffet og shopping tæt på

Opholdet var som det skulle være, personalet i receptionen var super til at informere omk. stedet og hvad der var af muligheder. Jeg må til gengæld sige at, personalet i restauranten (aften) godt kunne bruge et kursus i service af kunder (dårlig oplevelse), maden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, når nu man vælger at tage den pris så forventede jeg/ vi mere. Wellness og spa, rigtig dejligt. Hotellet trænger efterhånden til en kærlig hånd, dog ikke værelset.

Billederne lover hotel, virkeligheden giver herber

Hotellet var så gammelt, beskidt og slidt, at det næsten føltes som en dårlig joke. Servicen var egentlig høflig nok, men det kunne på ingen måde opveje resten – for alt andet var ganske enkelt katastrofalt. Jeg følte mig som deltager i en parodi på 0-stjerner – det var så elendigt, at det nærmede sig det absurde. Gå endelig ikke i fælden med de billeder, de viser online – virkeligheden er en helt anden. For eksempel var der skorper (!) på røræggen ved morgenmaden, og restaurantens mad er så grotesk dyr, at man næsten griner – hvis ikke man græder. På trods af navnet, billederne og prisen, er det her ikke et hotel. Det er et slidt, overpris-sat hostel forklædt som noget langt finere.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.
