Overall great experience! The room, the breakfast, and check in. If anything I would say the pool and hot tub could use some minor upgrades but I did enjoy it. I will return for another night when in town.

Traveling with our two small dogs was easy. Access to the outside thru the side door was not the best. The key card did not always open the door. Very timely and cold! Room was clean and right down the hall from the checkin. Breakfast was maintained well with a good selection. Hot coffee and tea available during the day. This was our 2nd stay during vacations. Previously stayed here years ago and it was more of the same. Came here to experience HersheyPark Halloween & Dark Nights. Good place to stay, breakfast was average, didn't use the amenities his time. Plenty of parking & quiet. It was decorated nicely. Would stay here again.
