Breakfast was great, room was good. they didn't clean the room or give fresh towels the first night. I spoke to the front desk and he said Im on the list. when we got back to the room at 6:00 pm it still wasn't clean so I called and they sent someone up to do it. Should not have to ask to get room cleaned, garbage removed and fresh towels.

I asked to have the room rug steam cleaned, the maintenance person was there to perform the task with in the hour. He was very kind and professional. I asked him where was the best place to fish on he Susquehanna River? not only did he give me the address, he opened his phone to the map of the are and told me the closet easiest way to get there. My husband and I drove there that evening , unfortunately we could not fish due to rain. but the seeing the massive river was enjoyable.
