From the time we arrived the staff was great. The teenagers were happy with free laundry service and the mini store downstairs. Having a gas station with fresh food so close (walkable!) was perfect. Free laundry units downstairs was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. My only concern is the cleanliness of the room, but we made the best of it. Only 20 minutes from Hershey Park, plenty of food options around and a 24hr has station for all of our needs. Cleanliness could be better; drawers and floor had some debris, but we didn't spend much time in the room itself except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and having use of microwave and ice maker was an added bonus. Will 100% stay again when we come back to Harrisburg!

My ten year old son and I had a great stay! The front desk staff were so nice and our room was very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area.

This hotel is 12 years old. I have stayed here three times. Clearly, top management is neglecting this facility. The chairs in my room would not even be fit to donate to Goodwill. Torn and worn. The air conditioning reeked of a pet odor when used. Had to open the window to get a nice smell in the room. Many areas of the hotel had worn carpet. The lobby furniture was even worn. Cigarette butts were all over the parking lot. Staff was very nice and accommodating

The place was nice and clean. The flooring in our room needed to have paint splatters removed from the hardwood floor to give it an excellent rating. Very friendly staff.

Stopped 4 a Nap and Break from long Drive

Although the Staff was Nice... They had a Bug Issue outside maybe because of the Bright Lights... The Elevator smelled... People was Hanging Outside in the Hallway on the Floor I was on Standing around looking Susceptibility. THE only thing that was clean about the Room Was the Bathroom.. The Kitchen Floor was Sticky and smelled the Microwave was Disgusting.......

Super friendly front desk staff and a nice quiet stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel could use some upgrades but none of that bothered me when I had a nice and quiet night sleep. I will stay again. I would definitely stay here again.
