"The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. From the very pleasant and helpful front desk staff to the sauna and hot tub, it was all lovely. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced and the pillows were so great, I have since purchased the same ones for my home. Simply outstanding!"

"Incredible staff. Warm, thoughtful, and proactive throughout. I was upgraded to a Mountain View room without asking, and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake with candles. The hotel vibe is ski-resort meets mid-century modern. Great pool. Service feels very Four Seasons: refined and attentive. The beer flight was a standout touch. There’s also a fun game room with ping-pong, foosball, and an arcade machine."
