"I booked two different rooms. First room was good and overall experience was fine. But then I shifted to higher end room but that was really bad experience. Towels are missing, soap dispenser was broken, spider webs were clearly visible in some part of room. Shower water leaks on bathroom floor which is really bad because you need to be very careful while walking from shower to room - this problem exists in both upper end rooms.
