"we love the location. we've stayed here multiple times when we go to Vetta spa. it's right across the street from Vetta spa. it has a huge pool and hot tub. the staff is very kind and friendly. the room is spacious yet cozy, and we love watching the skier's from our balcony. great place to stay."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was fine. Beds comfortable. The heaters were turned off in the room when we checked in and it took 2 hours to reach room temperature. The lighting in the room was horrible bright white LED. Very hard on the eyes and made it impossible to relax. "

"This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this...

"One room the heat couldn't be turned down and was quite hot. The pool area and rooms could use some refreshing up. There was lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower and the beds were comfortable."

"The room this time around was not very clean the bed sheets had dried up snot on them then the curtains had i have no idea what behind them looked like blood ? I always do a bed bug matress check and i wish i had not looked the matress needs a rely good cleaning that probly wont clean it ."

"Rooms are a bit dated but clean, staff are friendly and amenities are up to par. It’s a place we return to often for our sports team events. Affordable for a group like this and the kids always have fun in the hot tub and pool. "

"Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. "
