"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. "This guest lodge is lovely and modern and is located in a good location that is both walkable and convenient. The service needs to be improved a bit as the breakfast often started late and took too long to arrive to the table so it wasn't convenient for folks that were eating on the go before work.
