"We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts, and the staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The lobby has plenty of space to relax and spend time with family, whether you want to play games, enjoy some delivery pizza, or just hang out together. It’s nice to have a comfortable space where the whole family can unwind and enjoy time together. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a family...

"The room was extremely small compared to other SpringHill Suites we've been to. The extra sleeping area was not the usual sofa, it was a dirty fold out flimsy mattress. Breakfast serve team was excellent although the food choices were much limited compared to others. Room was dingy and just didn't feel up to standards. Needs a total refresh upgrade makeover. Parking was very confusing. We always stay at Springhill suites and this was a big let down. Thank you"

"★★★★☆ 4/5 Stars | Great Stay, Would Definitely Return!
I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely book again!
The check-in process was smooth, quick, and straightforward. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had two beds and a nice shower. I personally would've preferred a soaking tub, but that wasn't a dealbreaker.
I do wish the rooms had microwaves, but there is one available downstairs in the lobby, which was...

"Upon arriving to my room, there was a pair of dirty boxers and 3 pairs of socks sitting on the small table in front of the tv. I called down to guest services, they told me there was no rooms similar to mine available, but they would have housekeeping up immediately. After waiting for 2 hours, I put the dirty garments in the hallway and notified guest services. They were left sitting in the hallway 6+ hours. The rest of the room seemed clean."
