"I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel last minute on Expedia for a really great bundled deal. I cannot stop talking about this hotel, definitely one of the best I have been to. I did a solo trip, and it was perfect! Not too crowded, the layout was thoughtful, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely make this an annual R&R visit. Can't wait for the casino to open!"

"Room we were assigned smelled damp, was dark, had stained pillows and no natural light. We woke up on day 1 to a large roach in the bathroom. The front desk was advised and Shanice from guest relations was very sympathetic and kind. An upgrade was not offered, but we were switched to a different room by the end of the day. The bellman was to come help with the relocation before dinner however, and did not show up. We waited over 2 hours, ultimately missing our dinner reservation and no one...

"Family of 4 staying for a week, the resort and staff were perfect. This stretch of ocean at Bloody Bay is a dream. The Blue tents were a fun experience where we bought a few local crafts. The walk to the sister resort RIU Negril was easy and a nice plus to be able to use 2 resorts. The food was great all week at the buffet, and the specialty restaurants didn’t disappoint. 10/10."
