Great location! We were located above a shopping center, so anything you needed was easy and in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and perfect for a couples stay. It is exactly as described. The Royal Suite gives you access to an clean, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. If you're staying in Hanoi for longer than 3 days it may be worth the price for a larger more comfortable stay.

I would like to thank the host for the seamless checkin arrangement and settlement of the noisy neighbour. She is very prompt to reply and quick to act. The apartment has all the amenities and it’s good for family vacation. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives. Great location near Lotte shopping, market, department store. Unit is well equipped with brand new quality kitchen utensils and water cooler with extra containers to refill. I proceeded as you told me when I checked in, but it was very difficult because the building changed and there was no key in the mailbox you told me. If it wasn't for a local friend, we wouldn't be able to communicate and it would have been very hard. It was nice to be close to Lotte Mart. It's good to use close to grabs

Very good value for money accomodation with convenient access to Vincom shopping and dining and grocery store. Communication with the landlord or their agent was fast and clear. I asked for some forks, and got them in 30 minutes. Instructions to enter required no followup clarification. Actually, I checked in and out without ever seeing anyone. The view from the bedroom is mesmerizing and on a clear day you can even see the friendship bridge. The Iron and ironing board well well appreciated. The extra lock on the door didn't work but Hanoi, especially the central area is super safe so I had no worries. The keyless entry also is appreciated since it means one less card or key to carry around. I will likely stay here again.
