Staff were amazing and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location is good a quiet side street and only a few metres to the main hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Breakfast was super tasty. You were able to order off a menu and cooked fresh. I was lucky enough to tasty their home made pineapple jam in my pancakes, OMG Delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. We are a family of 4 with teenage kids.

The location of the hotel in the hustle and bustle of the Old Town was excellent for us. The spectacle of the busy streets, shops, bars, food outlets and night life was really amazing. Plenty of sights to see for the 3 days we were there. The Hotel was of a decent standard, clean, pleasant breakfast and the staff were super friendly and efficient Jasmin was exceptional in the time she gave us to help and advise sorting out our trips, transport and accommodation for our onward journey.

The family room was clean and spacious. What made our stay very welcoming was the staff, in particular Jasmine. She was very willing to assist us with directions, suggestions and tips for an enjoyable stay in Hanoi. Lovely stay in Hanoi at this charming hotel with such friendly and super helpful staff. First night was a v.noisy due to some loud guests but Jasmine kindly moved me to a different room as well as recommending and booking tours! Nice location in the old quarter too, you can walk to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops easily
