Hotel was very clean. Convenient for the city centre and facilities. Unfortunately the bar was closed on one night. Can be a little noisy outside the front where the seating is.

Comfortable Stay in a Good Location

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel — it was comfortable, with a spacious room and a great location just a 10-minute walk from the main center. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I did notice a few minor issues, such as some dirty marks on the floor and small stains on the bathroom towels, which could be improved. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice. Only negative was noise from sidewalk seating and park when window open (on second floor). Window closed quite quiet. Convenient walking to pedestrian area and old city.

Nice modern place to stay. Walking distance to the Altstadt. The only one thing that I can think could be added is a washer/dryer for guests. However, there is a laundromat about 10 min away.

4 days without hot water

Well From the day 1-4 I did not have a hot water. When I said I don’t have a hot water in my room the front desk person said “we know” And this was the answer for 4 days. I was not even offered a free coffee for the inconvenience.

So I booked a family room ( 3 beds ) and pre paid it was for me and my son only but I wanted a bit more room However when my son checked us in he was told we was going to have a standard twin as there was 2 of us only , unfortunately he used the room before i arrived so we I couldn't really change First time I ever been downgraded Also beware car park charge too they don't tell you it beforehand
