When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the male staff member on duty. Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me. They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me. This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background.
