"All very simple at check in and check out. Good bedroom and nice bedding and bed. I wasn’t too impressed with the translucent shower/wall into the bedroom. If it was me and my wife it would have been fine but I was sharing a room with my 24 yo son so it was awkward. For most people I recognise this will not be an issue. But on this occasion it was for me."

"Rough area so any single lady walking down from central station to hotel Please be mindful. Very small space - wish they don’t put me on the top bunk bed or tell me in advance Otherwise all good but I had my fair share of a luxury youth hostel. Won’t do it again haha"

"Lovely Hostel with clean rooms. Very small rooms but clean. The front desk workers very kind and most spoke english well. Very good price for a place to lay your head at night. So many different kinds of people staying there."

"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Enough to get you started in the morning. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in your room, that's the only negative I could find about this place."

"Clean room, although older furnishings. Staff were nice and attentive. Lacking was coffee in the room and an iron. Also shared patio where people smoked outside our room so we had to close windows and no A/C so room was stuffy. Overall good stay and reasonable price."
