"I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this. That’s what made this stay even more disappointing. I generally know what to expect from the brand, and this location fell far below those expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.

"we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...
